World’s Shortest Woman

A high school student in India was just declared the world’s shortest woman by Guinness World Records. Jyoti Amge, who measures 24.7 inches tall, wasn’t able to set the new world record until she turned 18.

She said the title felt like another birthday present and she was honored to receive a Guinness World Records plaque. The plaque was given to her during a ceremony in her hometown of Nagpur. Amge plans to go to college soon but she also hopes to become a movie star in India!
