NASA Rocket Has Successful Flight

NASA successfully launched its new Ares 1-X rocket on Wednesday. This type of rocket was designed to carry astronauts into space in a safer and more efficient way. It is 327 feet tall and according to NASA, it almost reached hypersonic speed during the test flight! After it zoomed into the air, the Ares 1-X splashed down into the Atlantic Ocean. But, when NASA recovered it from the floor of the ocean, there was a large dent in part of the rocket. They will now study it and try to figure out where the dent came from.
